A message from our Recreational Coordinator:
Our recreational program is structured around the CanGym level system. Weekly themes help highlight and target specific skills and learning objectives. Every week athletes review skills they’ve learned previously and begin working on new ones using new circuits and equipment designed for that week’s theme.
Our qualified and dedicated coaches recognize that each athlete has strengths and challenges. We strive for a well-structured and individualized approach to skill development, including skill progressions, spotting techniques, and skill level dependent advancement through our programs.
The three tenets of our recreational program are: SAFETY, FUN and SKILL DEVELOPMENT
