Bev is the Head Coach and owner of Hearts Gymnastics Club, with NCCP Level 3 certification.  She coaches our Level 4+ team.  She is a former national athlete, and year after year she coaches our competitive girls to victory at every competition they attend.

Lindsay is the Recreational Director at Hearts Gymnastics. She has her NCCP Level 3 Artistic Gymnastics, Level 2 Trampoline, and Active Start for our youngest participants! She is a Coach Developer with Gymnastics Ontario where she trains the next generation of coaches.  Lindsay has a background in Kinesiology and works Full-Time as a Paramedic!

Kirsten has a background in cheerleading and gymnastics, and is an expert in tumbling! She is NCCP Competition 1 trained and currently coaches our Level 3 team.

Kirsten was a provincial gymnast for 10 years and a provincial trampolinist for 1 year.

Kirsten is a proud mom to two little ones who you will often find hanging out with us!

Kristin is a recreational and pre-competitive coach. Prior to gymnastics, she operated Authentic Dragon Star Tae Kwon Do and is an NCCP certified coach. Kristin brings her bubbly spirit and strong sense of discipline to the sport of gymnastics to help create well-rounded athletes.

Averie is a former Hearts Competitive athlete and a recreational and pre-competitive coach. Averie's favourite part about coaching is helping the participants learn valuable life skills.

Sam is our Competitive Team Dance Teacher. Dance is a crucial component to improving the strength, flexibility, and artistic components of our Competitive Team Athletes. We are so lucky to have Sam working with us!

Alana is helping out with our office administration and boutique! Alana is one of our Competitive Team Moms, we are so lucky to have her!

Norah is a former Hearts Competitive athlete and is working with our Recreational Program. Norah's favourite part about coaching is seeing the participants grow and achieve their goals. 

Mikah is a current Hearts Competitive athlete and is working with our Recreational Program. Mikah's favourite part about coaching is helping participants learn new skills and progress through the program.

Duncan is one of the newest members of our Recreational Program Team! We are so happy to have Duncan join us with his engaging and encouraging personality!

Delaney is a current Hearts Competitive athlete and is working with our Recreational Program. Delaney's favourite part about coaching is helping to foster a love for gymnastics in a positive and fun environment!
