Let us host your party!
We supply tablecloths, utensils, napkins, cups, and plates. We can accommodate themed parties if given at least 2 weeks notice. We also take care of the clean up!

Party packages are 2 hours in length. The first hour is spent in the gym, doing fun gymnastics activities with our awesome coaches. Age-appropriate circuits and games delight party guests of all skill levels. Guests get to experience floor, bars, beam, trampoline and tumbltrak!

​The second hour is spent upstairs in our viewing area, which will be set up in advance for your party. Feel free to decorate the facility however you would like! Food is not provided, but you are welcome to bring any food and drinks, and make use of our staff fridge or freezer if needed.

Membership fee is $35+HST and is valid for all Hearts Gymnastics Programs

Guests under 3 years old or those with special needs are required to have an adult (16+) assistant for the duration of the party. (This assistant does not add to the guest count.)
Children over 3 years old will participate without parental assistance. All parents are asked to stay out of the gym for the duration of the party. We allow one (1) parent of the birthday child into the gym to take pictures for personal use only. Any additional parents within the gym will be charged at a rate of $10/person, to cover insurance and liability. Spectators are more than welcome to stay and watch from our viewing area upstairs at no additional fee.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. The remainder is due on the day of the party before the kids are brought into the gym. Please call or come in to book your party.
