Registration for the Winter/Spring 2020 Session will Open on December 4th, 2019.
Tender Hearts (18m-3)
A 45-minute class designed to introduce young children to the fundamental movements of gymnastics. Kids will get exposure to all the apparatus in the gym, under supervision of an experienced coach. Parental involvement required.
Big Hearts (3-4)
Suitable for children new to gymnastics or those moving up from our Tender Hearts program, this class encourages listening skills and independence while building fundamental gymnastics skills.
Brave Hearts (5-6)
Athletes will continue to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics while being challenged with more
difficult skills. This class is suitable for beginners and experienced athletes alike, as each student will be
instructed based on their skill level.
Lion Hearts (9+)
A program for girls and boys to learn more advanced skills. The focus of this course is on more serious skill-building in a fun atmosphere. Suitable for athletes of all skill levels, as instruction will be tailored to each individual.
Mighty Hearts (7-8)
A class begins to teach more advanced skills specializing on all gymnastics apparatus. Program is suitable for athletes of all skill levels, as instruction will be tailored to each individual.
Trampoline & Tumbling (7+)
Designed for athletes looking to improve their trampoline and tumbling skills, utilizing the floor, tumbltrak, trampoline and mini trampoline to advance their skills. Ideal for gymnastics, dance, or cheerleading.
Petite Elites (4-6)
An advanced class for younger athletes intending to move
towards our competitive program. This program is run like a pre-competitive team, with strength building, increasing flexibility, advanced skill building, and self-discipline as the focus. This class is by invitation only, or parents can request a tryout for their child to see if this class would be suitable.
Advanced Hearts (7+)
An advanced class for female athletes intending to move towards our competitive program, or those who are looking for a more intense program. This class focuses on strength building, increasing flexibility, advanced skill building, and self-discipline. This class is by invitation only, or parents can request a tryout for their child to see if this class would be suitable.
Teen/Adult Gym (13+)
A semi-structured program specifically for teens and adults. A qualified coach will lead the group through a warmup, and then to different events around the gym. Athletes will be able to have free time at each event, or work with the coach on skill acquisition.
Daytime Drop-In (Under 4)
You and your little one will have exclusive access to our well-equipped gymnastics facility! This unstructured class is supervised by a qualified coach.
Ladies Dance Fitness (19+)
A ladies-only dance fitness class. This drop-in fitness class is fun and social. Come in and learn choreographed hip-hop routines. Don't forget to bring all your girlfriends!
